Nick Morgan

A leading force in UK and global festival production

Nick has over 25 years’ experience delivering major events across the UK, Europe and the USA. As CEO of WE Group (London and Miami), he oversees award-winning work across event operations, placemaking and production, from independent festivals to large-scale cultural programmes.

Nick is also Vice Chair of the Association of Independent Festivals and sits on the Night Time Industries Association board, helping shape national policy and champion independent culture. He brings deep industry expertise, operational leadership and a commitment to supporting the next generation of producers to EventMasters.

Addi Merrill

A multi award-winning creative strategist and executive producer,

Addi brings 25+ years’ experience across music, fashion, media and live events. Her work spans global campaigns, festivals, branded content and sustainable product design, always rooted in culture and storytelling.

As founder of Addi London Ltd, she supports creative entrepreneurs and purpose-led brands. At EventMasters, she shapes brand, content and learning strategy, ensuring every course reflects the energy, integrity and future potential of the industry.
