The Fair focuses on festival and live event production. We manage everything from full-scale event builds to site design, budgeting, procurement, and supplier coordination. Whether it’s a music festival or a cultural gathering, we build standout experiences from the ground up.
We Are OPS handles event operations, licensing, and safety. We work closely with promoters, councils, agencies, and brands to ensure that every event is compliant, secure, and well-managed. From applying for licenses to managing crowd safety on the day, we make sure creativity and safety go hand in hand.
We Are Placemaking specialises in public realm activations. From high streets to heritage sites, we create meaningful experiences that bring places to life. Our work connects communities, engages stakeholders, and integrates culture and commerce in ways that make spaces feel alive and welcoming.
